As a creation of Mother Earth each crystal is individual and unique. Some may have imperfections, fractures, colour variations and chips. Because of this we do not exchange or refund crystals if they are not perfect.
Whilst we strive to be as accurate as possible, all measurements and weights are approximate and may be slightly smaller or larger than listed. All photos are taken in both full sunlight and studio lightbox using basic photo settings to depict colours as accurately as possible. Colours may vary from screen to screen.
