As a creation of Mother Earth each crystal is individual and unique. Some may have imperfections, fractures, colour variations and chips. Because of this we do not exchange or refund crystals if they are not perfect.

At Chrystaline dreams we believe in reusing and recycling where possible.  Because of this your package may not look amazing.  But we all know its whats on the inside that counts😉
