Refund policy
Crystals are a product of Mother Earth and all created differently. As they are all individuals, some will have small cracks, varying range of colours and sizes, rainbows, fractures, crevices and other imperfections. This is normal and only adds to their unique charm. Because of this we do not offer any exchanges or refunds for change of mind once packages have been shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that whilst we take great care in packaging our crystals to make sure they arrive to you safely, clusters and other very fine crystals may suffer some minor breakages or displacement of points. This is not a fault. If you believe that your crystal has been extensively damaged please contact us at admin@chrystalinedreams.com.au within 24 hour of receiving you order with photos.
